Atlas Logistics: a website redesign that brings in leads

An international freight carrier had traffic but almost no leads. We redesigned the site around an instant shipping quote — and conversion grew nearly fivefold.

Challenge

Atlas Logistics moves freight between Ukraine and the EU. The old site was a digital business card with no clear prices or delivery times — you had to call to get a quote.

Out of 4,000 monthly visitors, only 24 submitted an enquiry.

What we did

  • UX research: analysed 300 session recordings and 40 sales calls to learn what clients look for.
  • Shipping calculator: the centrepiece of the site — price and transit time in 3 steps.
  • Route pages: 24 landing pages for routes like “Kyiv — Warsaw” that also rank in search.
  • Trust: case studies, certificates, shipment tracking and client reviews on every page.
  • Tech: WordPress with a custom theme, 98 PageSpeed score, Pipedrive integration.

Results

Lead conversion rose from 0.6% to 2.9% in the first month after launch. From the same traffic the company now gets 116 enquiries a month instead of 24.

The route pages started bringing in organic traffic from Poland and Germany.

“
The site finally works like our best salesperson: it answers every question and quotes a price instantly.
