Refund policy
We value our clients’ trust and keep our terms transparent. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for services paid to Nova Promo.
Full refund
- You cancel before work begins — within 3 business days of payment and before we have received access and started the audit.
- We were unable to start work for reasons on our side.
- The payment was made by mistake or twice.
Partial refund
If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the unused part of the period pro rata, minus the cost of work already completed (audit, analytics setup, creatives, design mockups, etc.). We provide the calculation in writing.
No refund
- For services fully delivered in previous billing periods.
- For ad spend — it is paid directly to ad platforms, and any unused balance is refunded under Google, Meta or TikTok rules.
- If work was suspended for more than 30 days because access or materials were not provided.
How to request a refund
Email hello@novapromo.agency with the subject “Refund request”, including your name, payment date and amount, and the reason. We will review your request within 5 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The time it takes to reach your card depends on your bank and is usually up to 7 banking days.
