Challenge

Brewly sells freshly roasted coffee delivered every two weeks. Its ads targeted cold audiences with polished product photos, and ROAS was stuck at 1.4.

We needed a combination that could scale without ROAS dropping.

What we did

  • Audience research: 12 customer interviews revealed the main motivation — a “morning ritual” rather than “great-tasting coffee”.
  • UGC and Reels: shot 40 short videos with real customers and baristas and tested 9 different hooks.
  • Campaign structure: Advantage+ Shopping for scale, plus separate remarketing and repeat-purchase campaigns.
  • Conversions API: server-side event tracking improved attribution by 28%.
  • Offer: first bag half price with a subscription instead of a one-off discount.

Results

ROAS grew from 1.4 to 5.8 and monthly revenue quadrupled. Cost per subscriber dropped 46%, with 71% retention at month three.

The brand launched in Poland using the same creative combinations.

The team thinks like entrepreneurs: instead of pretty pictures they looked for what actually makes people buy — and found it.
